 I will recommend we move towards zero-sum budgeting, ensuring we can fully justify all expenses. Though this requires extra time, this process ultimately breeds a more refined budget. I will also push for a change in how we allocate reserve and special project funds—prioritizing transparency—and pledge to aggressively root out any failures in HOA financial controls.

VeroLago is an all ages community, I will work to bring our community together, so people at all stages of their lives feel comfortable living in VeroLago. There is too much tension amongst our residents, I will work to lower the pressure and make VeroLago a "community" again.

Nobody wants to be overburdened with excessive regulations,  I pledge to scrutinize all rules and regulations and adjust any that are overly burdensome or unfairly target our residents.  I will also work to implement rules, if necessary, to enhance our quality of life and the quiet enjoyment of our homes.

We currently lack a community operational manual documenting needs and ensuring important community work. I will implement proper operational controls to ensure our infrastructure, common area upkeep and preventative maintenance are performed properly and in alignment with industry best practices.  

You deserve a board you have confidence in, one you can be proud of. It’s for this reason and more that I will work thoroughly and tirelessly to restore trust and credibility among VeroLago residents.
